Kimbrell v. Kimbrell:

Alienating Parent: ♂ — Custody to target parent: ♀

“The record reflects that Dr. Zieman evaluated the family and submitted extensive reports about the emotional and mental health of the children. The district court’s custody determination was based, in part, on Dr. Zieman’s recommendations. The GAL observed that Husband and Wife’s inability to co-parent and Husband’s inability to place the children’s well being and relationships with one another above his own desire to alienate Wife necessitated an award of sole custody. Dr. Zieman reached the same conclusion but was far more explicit in condemning both Husband and Wife’s conduct.”
